If it is determined that a relationship involving a member of our certification body or their employer presents an unacceptable threat to impartiality, our top management will take immediate action. This may include removing the individual or their employer from any involvement in certification activities related to the organization being audited, ensuring that our commitment to impartiality remains uncompromised.
Euro Conformity Assessment Ltd. (including its staff, auditors, subcontractors, and franchisee partners) shall not engage in the design, implementation, or maintenance (including internal audits) of the management systems of its certification clients. Additionally, no such activities will have been undertaken within the two years preceding the provision of certification services.
